Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) are typically processed the same day.
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

United States

- Flat Rate (Under $100 USD): $20

International
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Free Shipping: Available for most European countries on orders over €100
- Flat Rate (Under €100): €25

Packaging & Delivery

- Signature upon delivery is optional for a $3 fee (availability may vary depending on shipping method and destination)
Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items
Some pieces are made-to-order or available for pre-order.
For these items, production timelines will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is shipped.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

- High-volume periods or holidays

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:
- A refund will be issued once the order is received back
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Duties and tariffs are non-refundable
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
