Orders & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before a tracking number is issued.
- If you request a cancellation before receiving your tracking email, you will receive a full refund
- Once a tracking number has been sent, the order has been processed and handed to the courier — cancellations are no longer possible
At that point, our standard return and exchange policy applies.
How long do I have to cancel my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours, but often sooner.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day
- This means your cancellation window may be as short as 1–12 hours
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
What happens if I cancel an international order after it’s processed?
Once your order is processed and a tracking number is issued, duties and taxes have already been paid to your local government.
These charges are non-refundable, even if the order is later returned.
