These fees are paid directly to government authorities. They are not retained by Banglez, and we do not have access to them once they are collected.

Even if an order is returned, duties and taxes cannot be refunded through us.

Refused Shipments

If an order is refused due to duties and taxes:

• The courier will typically not return the package unless duties are paid
• In these cases, the shipment is discarded by the carrier
• As a result, no refund will be issued
