Return Window

Returns and exchanges can be requested within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

All items are carefully inspected before shipment and again upon return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving the item

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • The cost we incurred to ship your order will be deducted from your refund
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for any product.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Returning the original item
  • Shipping costs for the new item

Once your return is received, your exchange will be processed promptly.

International Returns

We accept international returns.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected
  • Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All items are inspected for quality before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

If you receive an incorrect item, Banglez will cover all costs associated with the return or exchange.

  • We do not charge restocking fees
  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the error is on our end
