It is very important to us that our clients are pleased with the experience they have at Banglez both online and in-store. All our products go through quality control before being bought and/or shipped. However, if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution.
Our policy allows returns from online purchases within 14 days of our ship date. After 14 days the sale is final. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not send any items back until you receive direct confirmation from our team to go ahead with the return. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT ITEMS WILL BE CREDITED UNLESS OR UNTIL WE VERIFY THE RETURN.
Once we receive the item(s) they will be inspected, and an email will be sent to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds will be done in the following cases:
- - Genuine quality issues.
- - Packages lost in transit.
- - Banglez discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
NO refunds will be given in the following cases:
- - Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- - Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- - After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
- - Package refused by recipient.
- - Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- - Minor color and design variation. Refer to color and description disclaimer below.
- - If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged as stated by the recipient.
- - Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
Once the Banglez team has processed a refund, please consider the following:
- - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- - Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- - Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- - If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Sale/Clearance items will not be refunded and are FINAL SALE.
All items are carefully inspected before being shipped. We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If so, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make it our priority to fix any problem associated with your order in a timely manner. Please refer to guidelines.

Once Banglez team has authorized your return, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning your purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. When shipping an item over $75, we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We also recommend you keep the postal receipt until delivery is confirmed.
- - Always be sure to report your problem within 3 days of receiving the item in question
- - Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects/variations.
- - Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition (no worn, used or altered items will be accepted). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.
- - Banglez will examine the jewelry and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring.
- - Please do not send your purchase back to us UNTIL it has been verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
Color & Description Disclaimer
The details of the products or product specifications quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.
While every effort has been made to reproduce colors accurately, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. Please refer to product descriptions or email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm colour/shade accuracy.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the product received.
While ordering online, we suggest that customers should consider the following:
- - Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. Though imaging technology has advanced, slight color variations are often hard to convey digitally.
- - Many times green and blue shades also overlap. As well as, the colors off-white, white and cream.
- - Sea Green colors may appear Aqua blue and vice versa.
