Important Information About Duties

Once your order is processed and a tracking number is issued:

  • Duties and taxes have already been transferred to your local government
  • These charges are non-refundable

This applies even if the order is returned.

Refused Shipments

If an order is refused due to duties and taxes:

  • The courier will typically not return the package unless duties are paid
  • In most cases, the shipment is discarded by the carrier
  • As a result, no refund will be issued
