- Online purchases can be returned within 15 days of our ship date for North American customers & 30 days for international customers
- Item must be unused, and in the same condition they were received
- Emailed us at info@banglez.com with proof of purchase to begin a return
- Send back items ONLY when you’ve received confirmation from us
- We can provide a discounted shipping labels that will be deducted from your refund, or you can send it back with the carrier of your choice
