It is very important to us that our clients are pleased with the experience they have at Banglez both online and in-store. All our products go through quality control before being bought and/or shipped. However, if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution. Our policy allows returns from online purchases within 15 days of our ship date for North American customers and 30 days of our ship date for international customers. After those allotted days, the sale is final. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all barcode tags attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not send any items back until you receive direct confirmation from our team to go ahead with the return. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping of items to Banglez. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT ITEMS WILL BE CREDITED UNLESS OR UNTIL WE VERIFY THE RETURN. In-store purchases (including online in-store pickups) are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Special circumstances will be reviewed in-store for consideration.
